Installation Notes: 

1. Extract Diablo 3 Server Emulator.rar @ your Desktop

2. Then INSTALL SqlLite,NET Frame-Work 4 & Visual C# Express Edition.

(Note 100 MB Extra Download needed for Visual C#.)

3. Then Open Emulator Folder and Run MadCow2011.sln with VisualC# and Select any of the 2 Options

4. There press F5 and wait for the software to Run

5. At Repository Selection, select https://github.com/mooege/mooege (first link) And Click on Validate Repository

6. Then Click On Update/Download and Let it Update.

7. Select Diablo 3.exe from your game folder

8. Press Copy MPQ's and wait for the message a€?Copying MPQ files completed. on the left side of the Software

9. Press Play Diablo (Local), select little square near mooege and press Launch Diablo 3.

10. Wait 1 to 5 minutes until the server is fully loaded and login with username “test@” and password "123456"

11. Enjoy.
